The Way I Work
Photography has been part of my life for as long as I can remember.
I arrive early, stay present, and don’t stop looking — from the quiet moments in the morning to the energy of the evening.
My approach is instinctive and unobtrusive. I spend most of the day observing, anticipating, and letting moments unfold naturally — stepping in only when guidance is needed.
The result is a complete, honest record of your day, captured with care and intention.
Full-Day Wedding Coverage.
Coverage typically spans 8–10 hours, with a second photographer included. This allows both preparations to be documented naturally, while ensuring no part of the day is missed — from alternate perspectives and candid guest moments to the quiet in-between details that complete the story.
What’s included as part of the experience:
Around 600–900 individually edited images, finished in the Amaris Lux signature style
A private online gallery for you and your guests to view, download, and share images in full resolution
A curated selection of 35mm film-style edits, seamlessly woven into your gallery
Everything is considered and included, so you’re free to be present in the moment — knowing your memories are being documented with care and attention throughout the day.
Before the Day
It begins with a conversation — over a coffee or a video call — to make sure we’re the right fit. I love hearing about your plans, the atmosphere you’re creating, the people who matter most, and the details that feel important to you.
I’m always happy to share trusted supplier recommendations, timeline advice, or ideas that help you get the most from your photography, without overthinking the day itself.
On the Day
I arrive early and work quietly, blending in and observing as the story unfolds — from the anticipation of the morning through to the celebrations that follow.
With two photographers present, both preparations are captured, alongside the full flow of the day through to the first dance (and a little beyond). The approach is calm and unobtrusive, led by what’s happening naturally rather than staged moments.
If your plans include fireworks, late-night celebrations, or something unexpected, additional time can be added so nothing feels rushed or left undocumented.
After the Day
Every image is carefully backed up and edited in my signature style — true to the light, tones, and atmosphere of your wedding.
You’ll receive a preview of 15–30 images within 48 hours, followed by your full online gallery of approximately 600–900 images within 8–10 weeks (up to 12 weeks during peak season).
Your images are delivered with full personal printing rights and stored in a private gallery, making it easy for friends and family to view and download their favourites.
Investment
No two celebrations are ever the same. By taking the time to understand your plans and what matters most to you, I create a tailored investment outline shaped around your wedding and the experience you want.
Half-Day Wedding Coverage
Designed for more intimate celebrations or shorter timelines, half-day coverage offers the same considered approach and attention to detail, focused over a more concise part of the day.
Coverage typically spans up to five hours, shaped around the moments that matter most — whether that’s preparations through to the ceremony, or the ceremony through to portraits and early celebrations.

A pre-wedding conversation — over coffee or video — to discuss your plans, priorities, and photography timeline
Up to five hours of coverage, tailored to the flow of your day
Around 350–500 individually edited images, finished in the Amaris Lux signature style

If your plans evolve and you’d like to extend coverage into the evening, additional time can always be added.
